A: Try calming down before you go to bed. Dont do anything overexciting. Just sit and watch some tv or read a book. Try not to think about whats going on in your life. Find a calm topic to think about. If you still cant get to sleep, see a pharmasist for some medice like calming chews or sleeping pills. Talk to you doctor first before buying any serious medication. Well your not on a high dose and havent been on for that long heres what I did when I tapered was 5 mg for 3-4 days 2.5 mg for 3-4 days 1.25 mg 3-4 days then .75 mg 3-4 days then .5 mg 3-4 days then stop

You should be fine, sometimes if you take it out a little later in the day then usual it takes longer for it start. If it has been more the 4 or 5 days I would start to get worried.
