Best Answer

The Moon circles the Earth, about 400,000 kilometers from Earth. It does not interact with any other planets.

Other planets farther from the Sun have 2 or more of their own moons. Mars has 2, Jupiter has 63 known moons, Saturn has at least 62, Uranus 27, and Neptune 13 known moons (as of 2011).

No planet comes between the earth and the moon. The only planet that can obscure the observers view of the moon is the Earth.
