United States of America. Ethnically they are racially mixed. Veronica and Estelle(now deceased-2009) are half White and half black, there mother being Black- and part Cherokee. Nedra Talley- whose Mother Suzanne ( called Aunt Suzu and a music teacher by trade) is the sister of Beatrice Bennet ( Ronnie"s mother) and a man named Talley- is half Spanish. Nedra is a sort of female approximation of Edward- maybe somebody was literally passing out Cigars ( King Edward, famous brand of Cigars, was popular in this area and in Hoboken, said to have inspired the naming of the Edwards Hotel in l902- when King Edward was formally crowned. boy we get off base.
