Birds and crocodiles are the closes living relatives of dinosaurs, with birds being closer.
lets first take a look at the relation between dinosaurs and birds. If you look at the skeletal structure of a dinosaur and a bird side by side, you'll notice a few similarities. First, look at the hipbone of a dinosaur; it is turned backward, just like a bird. Second, by watching some Birds of Prey, you can see how a dinosaur may have looked. They bob their heads, they strike with their talons, etc. Additionally, many dinosaurs are now known to have had feathers.
