If you have the USB cord for the phone and the appropriate drivers installed on your computer you can transfer the pictures. If not, if you have an email address you can send the pictures as a picture message to your email address (put your email address where the phone number you would be sending it to goes) and you can email them to yourself!

You email somebody by first typing in their email address into the Recipients bar. (If you do not know the person's email address you can ask them, by talking to them.) After typing that in you can enter the subject by typing it into the subject bar. Then you can send the contents of the email by typing it into the content space, you can also attatch pictures by clicking the button featuring a paperclip. Click the Send button, and there you go, you sent an email.
