Skeletal muscles of the human have very high tensile strength. With act-in and myocin fibres sliding on each other, it gives very high power to the cells. Well trained athlete has got probably 1/8 to 1/4 strength, weight for weight, that of steel in there muscles.
Muscle tissue
The human body has 4 primary tissue types: epithelium, connective tissue, nervous tissue, and muscle.
There are four types of tissue found in the human body. These are epithelial tissue, connective tissue, nervous tissue and muscle tissue. Percentage composition of tissue varies from person to person.
Basically tissues in the human body come together to form an organ. It also depends on which type of tissue you are talking about like muscle tissue.
Cardiac muscle tissue is supplied with nutrients and oxygen by the coronary arteries in a process called coronary circulation.
The heart is an organ made up of tissue. Body tissue is another name for the cells you are made of.

Muscle tissue is important to a human body because the tissue protects the muscle, improves movement of the muscle(s) and the muscle itself and just simply holding the structure in place. Hope this help! :)
1 a: a body tissue consisting of long cells that contract when stimulated and produce motion b: an organ that is essentially a mass of muscle tissue attached at either end to a fixed point and that by contracting moves or checks the movement of a body part 2 a: muscular strength : brawn b: effective strength : power.

Skeletal Muscle tissue is the only tissue that responds to voluntary movement. Smooth and Cardiac muscle tissue are controlled by the central nervous system.
