I'm sorry I don't know if there is a legal maximum that auto dealers can charge for gap insurance. I do know that you need to speak with your auto insurance agent prior to purchasing gap coverage. When a dealer sells you gap coverage what they do is prepay the entire premium for the term of the loan and add that into the amount financed. After that you are charged whatever interest rate you pay on the vehicle. The auto dealer is paid a large commission for selling this gap coverage and receive all their money up front. Most auto insurance companies offer the same coverage for a very small premium that is simply an endorsement to be added onto your current policy. I think mine is about $6.50 for a six month period. You only need gap coverage for the first couple of years that you own a new car. GAP pays for the difference between the value of the car and the amount owed on the loan. After a couple of years the falling amount owed on the loan becomes less than the value of the car. If you purchase from the dealer you are prepaying for the entire 5 or 6 year time of the loan period.
Whatever you agree to, mine was $13 a month added to my payment.

Yes. There is Aetna Dental insurance available through Aetna. It is available for an additional charge over and above the charge for standard medical coverage.
Yes, if you pay your car payment at a car dealers office they will charge a late fee. Anytime a payment is late, the dealer has a tight to charge late fees.
What is the maximum amount an unlicensed contractor can charge in Arizona
The M760 charge 8 HE round has a maximum range of 14,000 meters. The M913 Charge 8 RAP round has a maximum range of 19,500 meters.
The state (Ohio ) maximum is $ 250.00 and that is what most dealers charge. It is a fee charged and is really profit for the dealer. They say it is negotable but it is only negotable if the dealer is willing to do that and most are not.
A capacitor can charge to its' maximum OR the voltage applied to it, whichever is LESS.
yes they do it.
It is possible for a theft charge to disqualify you from getting an insurance license.
Iam glad to answer your question, No, your hospital cannot bill you for the balance. When they "accept assignment" on a claim, they should accept the BCBSTX's maximum allowable charge as payment in full. When your Other Health Insurance (OHI) pays more than the BCBSTX maximum allowable charge, they have paid in ful. ---GokulaKrishnan
The most they can charge is $17.00
