UGA stands for Threonine. UGG stands for Threonine. Nothing would change. This is none as a silent mutation.

^ actually, according to my chart, UGA is a stop codon and UGG stands for TRYPTOPHAN (not threonine), also UGG is the ONLY codon that codes for tryptophan, so it isn't a silent mutation, either. the correct answer is that the peptide will be longer than normal.
AUG is the only codon which codes for methionine and UGG is the only amino acid that codes for Tryptophan. These are the only codons which have only one codon to represent their specific amino acid.
TAC AAA TTT GCA ACC ACT (DNA) AUG UUU AAA CGU UGG UGA (mRNA)
The codon UGU codes for the amino acid Cysteine. The codon UGG codes for the amino acid Tryptophan. Therefore the mutation will cause the amino acid Cysteine to be replaced with Tryptophan. These amino acids are quite different, and the final shape of the protein could be changed as a result. This could affect the function of the protein.
They both have g's at the end and a U in there somewhere.
mRNA - carries genetic code for protein tRNA - helps incorporate amino acids into polypeptide chains. rRNA - forms structural and functional components of ribosomes. Transcription - occurs in the nucleus of the cell. Production of mRNA from DNA. 1) Initiation - RNA polymerase recognises and binds to the specific promoter sequence and initiates transcription. 2) Elongation - RNA Polymerase moves along the template DNA strand (bottom strand) in a 3' to 5' direction, unwinding it as it goes to synthesize RNA in the 5' to 3' direction. (to create the mRNA strand) 3) Termination - RNA Polymerase encounters a transcription terminator, releases the completed mRNA strand and dissociates from the DNA. Translation - occurs in cytoplasm. Production of polypeptide chain (protein products) from mRNA. Occurs in a 5' to 3' direction. 1) Initiation - Ribosomes bind to mRNA 2) Elongation - Amino Acids (carried by tRNA) are incorporated into polypeptide chains. (Anticodons at the base of tRNA must make a perfect complementary match with the codon on mRNA before the amino acid will be released.) 3) Termination - Ribosomes, polypeptide chain and tRNA are released from mRNA. Anti-codon for DNA template strand - 3' - ACG UGG TCA UGA ACG UGG - 5'
The codon for trytophan is UGG.
UGG
They are triptopan and methionine.Codons are UGG and AUG respectively.

UGG Australia is brand name/ trademark. Australian UGG is a type of boots, which looks like most "UGG Australia" boots. Some manufacturers uses the word "UGG" to fake "UGG Australia".
The correct spelling is "ugg boots"
One can buy UGG men ascots by going to to UGG website. The UGG website has a complete listing of all of the shoes and boots that are made by the UGG company.
Ugg makes sheepskin boots
Yes, you can buy Ugg slippers.
There are light blue colored Ugg boots, so yes, there are blue Ugg boots.
