∙ 13y agoThe answer depends on howmany years you keep on having collisions. I suggest that the answer is pretty close to 0.

1 out of a 100 It can't be computed into a number - there are way to many variables that enter the picture. Each time any person drives a vehicle, even to the store a quarter mile away, there is always the possibility of a collision ... it isn't "chance", rather it's "real."
I don't think you can legally. If your car is still being paid for the lien holder requires the collision insurance.
