Linear pathways have no major interjections. This means that they are e.g. glyccolysis. However cyclic pathways tend to use the last product they create to rebegin the cycle. They make products but recycle the same key components e.g. the Krebs cycle.

They make products but recycle the same key components e.g. the Krebs cycle. The easiest way to tell is to simply go into a text book and to see how it is written out. If it follows around in a circle then its cyclic if its a stright line then its linear! :)

Enzymes are catalysts in metabolic pathways.
A metabolic pathway that involvs both anabolism and catabolism.
The metabolic pathway will predominate after eating a balanced meal is oxidative glycolysis. The citric acid cycle is a continuous circle of 8 metabolic reactions.

describe the metabolic pathways affected by arsenic
This metabolic pathway comes under anabolism and all biochemical reactions unitedly called photosynthesis.
fermentation
chloroplast
glycolysis
Glycolysis is the metabolic pathway common to both aerobic and anaerobic processes of sugar breakdown. It is the metabolic pathway that converts glucose into pyruvate. All organisms produce a high energy compound ATP by releasing energy stored in glucose and other sugars.
Metabolic pathway is the sum total of all the biochemical reactions in our body. It regulation or control is done by our genetic system through both hormonal and nervous control.
