Depending on the weather I would say 175-185. 195-205 is Hot. 210 is boiling. 220 and it is evaporating. 230-240 will be damaging your engine. 250-260 will be breaking your engine.
I've had alot of heater core and radiator problems with my car so I've been there.
That is the temperature at which the cooling fans are coming on, this is common for newer cars. It is not a problem, and should not cause you concern.
