The answer to this question depends on which people commonly known as "Indians" you are referring to.
If by "Indians" you mean people native to the country of India - Chess is a hugely popular game of strategy & skill whose origins trace back to Indian people of antiquity. But, if you instead meant "Indians" as Native Americans - then the most popluar game of these Indians invention would be Lacrosse. An outdoor game of strength and endurance, the original lacrosse games played by the Eastern Woodlands Indians lasted for days on fields that had no real "sidelines."
Both cultures would also have invented their own versions of ball games, dolls & toys for children as well as some hunting-related target games - but these sorts of diversions were developed by many different cultures separately and often at the same time, and so not one gets particular credit over the other.
