Thor's weapon is the hammer Mjollnir. Mjollnir was made by the dwarf brothers Sindri(also called Eitri) and Brokkur. Other dwarves, the sons of Ivaldi, had previously made three great treasures for the gods, and Loki bets his head that Sindri and Brokkur can't make greater treasures than the sons of Ivaldi. Sindri and Brokkur accepted the bet and made the hammer Mjollnir, the ring Draupnir and a golden boar called Gullinbursti. Loki gave the hammer to Thor, and the Aesir and Vanir judged that the hammer was the greatest treasure.
Thor's other tools are the belt Megingjarðir, that doubles the strength of the wearer, and the iron gloves Járngreipur, wich Thor uses to throw his hammer.
