I don't know of any statistics splitting it up on race directly, but here is a breakup on region:

89.4 % ethnic Norwegian and Samii (an indigenous people in northern Scandinavia, est. 2 %)
4.2 % from other European countries
3.9 % from Asia
1.3 % from Africa
0.3 % from Latin America
0.2 % from North America and Oceania

Numbers include immigrants and children born in Norway to immigrant parents.
(The numbers don't add up - there are 0.7 % immigrants unaccounted for, I don't know where they went.)
