  • It should have its own distinct identity
  • Consumers should feel belongingness to it
  • It should have a social responsibility factor in it and value proposition

If a Brand is having the above three elements and more to it as well then it will find its place in Consumer's Mind share which will in turn translate to Heart Share thus finaly contributing to Market share.
