The four main ones in the continental United States are Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific.
They're complicated slightly by the fact that some locations do not observe daylight savings time, meaning that, for example, Arizona (one such location) spends part of the year at the same time as the Pacific time zone, and part of the year at the same time as the Mountain time zone.
