There are many organelles in a eukaryotic cell, these are the organelles in an animal cell: nucleus (where the genetic information is housed), nucleolus (inside nucleus), golgi apparatus, vesicles, lysosomes, mitochondria, ribosomes, rough endoplasmic reticulum, smooth endoplasmic reticulum, and centrioles.

Other structures of the cells include the plasma membraneon the outside, and the cytoplasm on the inside of the cell. The cytoplasm contains microtubules which aid movement of organelles around the cell.

In a plant cell, addition of plastids(chloroplasts, chromoplasts, leukoplasts), large central vacuole, and cell wall are also present, although plant cells do not contain lysosomes and centrioles.

Well, there are a few more than four but four important ones are; the nucleus, which houses the genetic material, the endoplasmic reticulum ( smooth and rough ), which is tasked with protein modification and lipid synthesis, the Golgi body, tasked with protein modification and shipping of said proteins and the mitochondria, which synthesizes ATP.

Eukaryotic cells do indeed contain organelles.

E.g. mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, lysosomes, vacuoles, peroxisomes, chloroplasts
