What are the druid animal forms?

The druids have access to several forms depending on what they are doing.

At level 8 you get access to Cat Form. This form allows the druid to fight like a rogue including using stealth and uses energy.

At level 15 you get access to Bear Form. This form allows the druid to tank like a warrior. It has charge, a "cleave", and uses rage, like a warrior.

At level 16 you get access to Travel Form. This form allows the druid to travel faster, at 40% normal walking speed.

Als at level 16 you get access to Aquatic form. This form allows the druid to swim 50% faster than normal. It also allows the druid to breath underwater.

If you are Balance specced, then you have Moonkin Form, at level ~29. This form greatly enhances your nature and arcane spells, increases spell haste to you and party members, and reduces all damage by 15%. You cannot cast healing and ressurection spells (doing so will take you out of form). You will have to spend talent points in the Balance tree to get Moonkin form.

If you are Restoration specced, then you have Tree of Life Form. This can be gotten by spending points in the restoration tree. You can get it at about level 69. This is a cooldown form. Meaning you wont be running around in this form like you can the others. You activate this form when you really need the extra healing. It enhances some of your healing abilities.

At level 60, all druids can have access to Flight Form. This form can act as a flying mount, so you will need the expert flight training, which you must purchase in order to train this form.

At level 70, if you have artisian flying, then you get access to Swift Flight Form. This acts as a really fast flying mount.
