Nationalization caused many troubles for Pakistan. There is no doubt in it that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto (Prime Minsters of Pakistan at that time) did this with good faith but this decision didn't bring any good for the economy of Pakistan. Giant MNCs and local groups were taken under control by the government. Later Government officials took charge and corruption scandals were challenged by the owners of the companies. When Zia-ul-Haq took charge of the government in 1977 he de-nationalized all companies.
