Televison Host and Actor Preston Lopez live on 183rd street between St. NIcholas and Audubon ave in the Washington Heights neighborhood in Manhattan New York City. His parents were among the first Dominicans to settle in that area in the late 1960s. side note Baseball great Alex Rodriguez lived downstairs from them.
