∙ 14y agoa food web is a bunch of food chains combined because an animal crosses over to eat another in the other food chain. for example a sea star eats mussels, so that's in one food chain, but it also eats barnacle's, that's in another food chain so you have one arrow pointing from the sea star to the mussel and another pointing to the barnacle.
