To really reel them in, when they have clothing in their hands, offer to start them a fitting room. Be sure to ask them their name and tell you yours. Wait about a minute or so (depending on how much clothing they had to try on) and come back, say, "Blank, how are those items fitting? Do you need any other sizes?" If so, go to the correct size and also bring back something else and say, " I saw this on my way back here and it would look adorable on you!" (Be genuine about it!) If she loves it too, this could really up your sales!
Some tips about dressing rooms:
1. Bring back other clothing along with size exchanges ( most people only buy 30% of what they try on so if you have 3 pairs of jeans, they're most likey to only buy one pair. If they have six pairs to try..well you get it.
2. Keep them naked! Once they have their clothes back on, they will not want to try on other things you bring them!
When they are done, point out accessories that would look cute with what they are buying ( Another way to up those sales!)
