Stem cells differ from regular cells majorly. One of the most common known facts about them is that they can regenarate any part of your body quickly. Stem cells are cells that are undifferentiated - haven't become anything yet. These have the potential to turn into any cell type and they are found in great numbers in developing fetus's. A normal body cell or somatic cell is one that comprises parts of your body e.g. your skin and is produced through mitosis division.
