um... I think I know what you mean. In France, they speak French and their capital is Paris. In Quebec, they speak Quebecois, which is basically slang french, (but don't tell them that!) and their capital is Quebec city. In Haiti they speak Haitian Creole, some other islands speak Creole, which is basically french but it has a lot of different words and is very hard for a french speaker to understand! Their capital is Port-au-Prince. In Ivory Coast, (cote d'ivoire) they also speak very good french, idk their capital. (google it)
