Yes it is constant at Zero Frequency.

No, DC or Direct Current only means that the current only goes one direction, but it can have a frequency. You can have a square wave, sawtooth wave or sine wave that never goes from positive to negative or negative to positive and it would be a direct current with a frequency.

What is frequency of dc?

You can say DC voltage has a frequency of zero Hz.Because it is unidirectional in nature (may be positive or negative)

What is the pulsating DC frequency?

When AC full wave is rectified into DC by using bridge rectifier .The DC do not actually behave like an ordinary DC and the DC has a constant value .In fact, it is in pulsating form. This is known as Pulsating DC.

What is the frequency of 27 DC volts?

Basically, "frequency" applies to AC, not to DC. If you want to assign it a frequency, the frequency is zero. The amount of volts is not relevant.

Why do you control the speed of DC motors?

because dc motor is a powerful & dangerous motor it is akiller

What are applications of space vector modulation?

Because there's sparking in DC motors, they are inherently less efficient than say AC motors are, The trick with AC motors is that they run primarily at the frequency of their power source. What happens when the power source can change it's frequency and amplitude? The motor can behave as well as any DC motor.

What is frequency in relation to a battery?

dc does not have frequency only ac

Why use DC circuit when frequecy is zero?

DC has no frequency.

How you can change a constant DC voltage to a variable DC voltage?

By installing the varialble resistor in the circuit, the constant dc voltage would change .

What are the main differences between AC and DC currents?

An AC waveform is a sine wave and varies from positive to negative with a frequency of 60 Hertz (Cycles per Second). DC is a constant voltage and does not vary like the sine wave.

Flux in DC vary or constant.?

In DC or direct current, the flux is constant. AC or alternating current is variable.

What is the Difference between frequency converter and frequency inverter?

frequency is genrally cycle per second, and frequencies may be of a dc nature or ac , devices which convert dc frequency in to an ac frequency are frequency converters and devieces which convert ac frequency in to dc frequency are frequency inverters. because in terms of power electronics, devices which convert ac to dc are called converters, and devices which convert dc in to ac are called "inverters" 'mehboob hunzai" I'm a engineers in this devices, the frequency inverter is convert AC to AC but with variable frequency output, means the frequency & voltage are adjustable; The frequency converter can convert DC to AC, like 24VDC to 220VAC and also the frequency is adjustable. One most important thing is the out power of frequency inverter just can be used for controlling AC motor, while frequency converter can be treated as normal power supply as our daily using power grid. What are DC Choppers?

Dc chopper is a static device which converts constant dc source to variable dc.
