Adolph Hitler was one of the cruelest persons in modern day history. His lust for power and glory for himself brought chaos and death to the world from 1933 to 1945. Perhaps only Joseph Stalin can be in the same conversation with Hitler in terms of cruelty. Hitler's mad ideas resulted in the genocide of the Jews in Europe and brought upon the world the second world war. He is responsible for Germany's humiliating defeat in 1945. Hitler's activities ended up dividing Germany in half and Hitler can be said to be a main cause of the Cold War.
