Brasstown Bald was formed by tectonic plates crashing together. This is the same thing as earthquakes which causes it to be constructive.

Here's a short answer: I assume you mean "Are rivers constructive or destructive" and it is very dependent on your perspective. Rivers, like any kind of water, will erode any earth that is in contact with it, but they also deposit nutrients and soil on its banks, or in the case of rivers like the Nile, they will periodically flood and deposit said nutrients on the flood plains, making those plains fertile. If you're building something, then yes, a river can be very destructive, but they're essential for the planet's cycle of life.
No, a flood can not be destructive and constructive, but it can be destructive.I think Egyptians would disagree. The country of Egypt flourished for millennia because the annual flooding of the Nile deposited fertile soil on top of the Saharan sand.A small flood, like a river one, will only damage basements. Things stored there will get wet and waterlogged, the floors will get really really yucky. Big things like tsunamis make people drown and destroy houses.
It is called 'High Force'

It is both.sometimes it can be a small and calm flowing river but it can also be a flood. It is neutral.
destructive
Yes they are destructive they crack open and get everything in its way River dominated are considered constructive...
both
Most rivers are normally both, constructive and destructive, but with the Chattahoochee River you could make quite an argument, that within the last couple of years, it has been been more destructive with all the flooding.
