Yom Kippur occurs every year and therefore occurred during World War II since that war took six whole years. (3 September 1939 - British and French Intervention in the Nazi Invasion of Poland to 2 September 1945 - Japanese Formal Surrender aboard the USS Missouri).

If the question is asking whether Jews in the Concentration Camps, Ghettos, and other Holocaust-induced conditions celebrated Yom Kippur, this is very difficult to know. It is unlikely that many celebrated the holiday by fasting since they had minimal food and they would need to eat whenever they had the opportunity. Additionally, there were no conditions under which Jews could freely pray and abstain from work.
