That would be highly doubtful. As Joshua (Hoshea), son of Nun was from the Israelite tribe of Ephraim, and was with Moses since his youth (Numbers 11:28), he would of been in the Egyptian captivity when he was born. As a slave family, he was probably born in a village/area where the Israelites lived.
