How can I DESPUTE WIth chexsystem?

It is your right under the FCRA to dispute with chexsystems. If you still owe the reporting bank, you can still dispute. Chexsystems allows the vague "FRAUD" "NSF" and "ABUSE" flagsbecause they are harder to dispute and remove. There are no clear standards for what is considered NSF, Fraud or ABUSE.Fraud can mean anything that a bank wants it to.Most people dispute based on these vague indicators.

Does parental custody end when you turn 18 and move out but still in school in Indiana?

parental cutody ends dirrectly at 18. I believe it's 17 for girls. It doesn't matter if they're in school or not, they are an adult and their own person by this time. By the way, if this is a family despute, don't try to run your childrens lives, they will make mistakes on their own. Just be there when they need your help, and show them that you care. Inadvertently you'll be pushing them away by telling them you own them, so to say.

Can a merchant sue if I won a credit card despute against them and what is the staute of limitations?

Yes. One of the great myths is that consumer credit card protection eliminates expensive litigation. I know about this because I won a credit card dispute against U.C. Davis Vet Med Teaching Hospital, I received the chargeback and they sued me anyway over one year later -- after the statute of limitations ran out for me to sue them for malpractice. I was told by a congressional aide that congress purposely left this hole in the consumer credit card protection laws to protect big business. BTW, there is literally no discussion of this fact/injustice on the Internet. I wonder why????
