Turning off the Bunsen burner at the gas tap puts out the fire because the gas is a switch that lets the amount of gas that you want to burn. And if you turn it off then it would let no gas through and there for would not let the Bunsen burner light up.
Hope this helps
Turning off the gas tap removes the supply of gas to the Bunsen burner. A fire cannot burn without a fuel.
If you use Bunsen burner, you might burn the volatile liquid. Also, because it is organic, the fire would likely spread to you because it would burn too fast for you to react.
Watch out for the fire as it might burn the equipment
The Bunsen burner has helped us in our daily lives by burning or boiling things to get us deeper into science which we nevercould have got to before.
It's hot, for one. The Bunsen burner's blue flame is unusual, however, in that it emits little light, so it can be difficult to see under some circumstances.
A normal Bunsen burner has a chimney which contains gas, a collar to adjust the air hole, a air hole that will leak gas, a gas tap that provides gas to the burner and the rubber tubing leads gas to the burner.
Bunsen burners are preferred over candles or fires because the Bunsen burner produces a much higher temperature (noted by the blue flame) and it is much easier to contain/control a Bunsen Burner flame.
it is the fire
Yes they are used for heating small amounts of liquids!
because the fire will burn up the shelf.
The fire
Because it is a much more reliable source of heat/fire: You can control the 'strength' of it too, by using the cap which has a hole in it at the bottom - by turning it, you can control the amount of oxygen being fed into the flame.
Heat/Fire lol
Fire
In the fire
it might set fire
Because more oxygen is needed for fuel for fire.
