Should you be worried about losing 7 lbs in 5 days and always being tired and thirsty when i am only 14?

My first thought is that you are possibly a diabetic. The symptoms of sugar diabetis are; thirst above what is normal, weight loss, and being tired. A simple blood test will tell your doctor if infact you have diabetis. A urine test is another way to tell if you have diabetis. A urine test is when they take a small sample of your urine and put a specific test strip into it and it will indicate if you have sugar in your urine along with other information depending on the type of test strip they are using, such as kidney function (protein), liver (bilirubin), specific gravity, white blood cells (indicating infection), nitrite, keytones, asorbic acid, pH, and leucocytes. The best test however is a blood test as it is more specific.
The symptoms you are describing should definitely be checked by a doctor. Diabetis can be hereditary but it doesn't need to be. Diabetis absolutely needs to be treated. It is a disease that can be treated but if not treated it can become a life threatening issue.

Why am I always thirsty?
You may be working hard outside and sweating a lot (losing water) if not you may have eaten a lot of salty foods or your blood sugar may be off.
