Epithelial cells are just normal skin cells.

WBC stands for White Blood Cells. WBCs play an important role in fighting infection. You normally would not expect them to show up in an ear. They would normally show up in a blood test.

Gram Positive Cocci in clusters means that they have found clusters of germs. Cocci are part of a family of germs that look like round dots under a microscope. Gram Pos cocci are easier to treat with antibiotics than Gram Neg cocci.
