Whatever you do, do NOT take sleeping pills. X is very dangerous when used with other drugs. The drug will stay in your system for a good 18 hours; you're probably crashing now. If you don't use again, you should be able to sleep in about the 20-22 hour after you take it.
Since he is only 10... 10 hours is what he needs, since he is young... And still needs to grow:):)
Since you are still growing, a 12 year old girl should get 9-10 hours of sleep a night.

It all depends on the person. Some people still may not sleep. Basically, the answer to your question, is it varies. You could sleep for 3 hours, 7 hours, or even 12-20 hours. It depends on the person. If you are like most teens, If you are a teen, Then you can sleep for about 14 hours and feel recovered for the most part. If you are like me, You can sleep for 9 hours and feel perfect :D
because it has been scientifically proven that nowadays, people need 9 hours of sleep instead of 8.

If still tired they should sleep even more.normally eight hours
No its simple as long as you have at least 7 hours of sleep you will be just fine.
it really depends usually 1-2 hours at a time.
Not me, but most people can.
