I'm not aware of any specific crimes that include isopropanol as an essential element, nor am I aware as to whether or not you can make any drugs with it, though it could probably be used as poison (please don't do this!)
if it is the purest grade(99%)it is used in the process of making clean THC oil as used by ms sufferers as well as many other diseases and symptoms from many other illnesses.
it is used to wash of the THC from the plant (as THC isn't water soluble) then evaporated to leave only the THC oil.
[some people claim that THC oil can cure certain types of cancer if caught and treated in time and the endocannabinoid system already orders cancer infected cells to shut down in order to let the cancer die with the cell and prevent spreading.
if THC hasn't any medical properties why do drug companies try to synthetise THC and market it at $70000 an oz? PS it's not even as efficient as the natural enzyme build organism would) why are those greedy pharmaceutical companies trying to play god and rob us blind when the answer to some of our problems are staring at us right from our garden?]
