On a 1998 Ford Windstar : The fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is in the drivers footwell by the inside hood release ( I believe it is behind the trim panel , there is probably an access hole )
The fuel pump reset ( inertia ) switch is in the right front passenger footwell , by or behind the kick panel
