Yes, You Need The Master Code And The All Items Codes.
After you enter them, Go To The Hercule Cafe And And When He asks If You Found Any,
Say Yes and he'll say there are XX Missing. (X is how many are missing.) after it reachs 0
he'll say thank you. Now Go To West City And Go To Capsule Corp. and go into the lobby
and go right and repeat the process with man at the counter.
After that's done, a prompt will appear on the screen saying you've unlocked Gogeta for
use!

Hi, I just will give you a simple answer. You just go to the "Dragon Battle Collection" on the menu and enter to the Saga Sayian. Once you entered, you go to the (Im not sure about this) "Vegeta and Goku's Fateful Confrontation!" mission (it is just 2 missions before the epilogue. Like you see the epilogue , then you go to the previous mission and then to the mission im talking about that you need to go one more previous) and you need to complete this mission to get the mission you unlock Vegeta Scouter. Once you completed the mission you go to the next mission that you unlocked. You complete the mission and that´s it, now you have him. Hope you understood :) :) :)
