I know someone who did this to four engines in a burnout car. After the fourth went bang, I sussed him out as to why, and he told me that he removed the balance shaft to. If they where to be removed, they wouldn't have fitted it in the first place. No 6 Conrod will let go 8 of 10 times, dont do it trust me.
