Yes.You must speak with your server, sometimes the manager, about taking the bottle home. They will "re-cork" the bottle, which means they push the cork far enough into the bottle so that it cannot be opened once you are in your vehicle. The only liability is having an open container in your vehicle so the restaurant will make sure that the bottle is prepped and usually covered before it leaves the premises.Hope this helps!
