Is it bad to constantly pop your earsI constantly need to pop my ears. I can do this without holding my nose I just have to open up the back of my throat. ENT says my ears look normal.?

Do you have to do it to hear better or is it just a habit? This shouldn't be a problem unless you feel like you have to do it in order to hear all the time, etc. There could be something with your Eustachian Tube. It's best to check with the doctor just to be sure over time won't cause any damage.
