If you are lifting weights along with aerobic training and dieting you may actually see your bra size decrease. Your lean body mass will increase, your fat decrease. The results may be your bra size 38 going to a 36. Personally this is a result I love. The only real way to increase breast size is to see a plastic surgeon.
