CHDP is the Child Health and Disability Program, which is a way for certain groups of children in the state of California to get medical benefits (not sure the exact rules to qualify for this program). Getting a medical exam covered under CHDP is definitely not a bad thing because it means that the costs of the exam are covered. That says nothing at all about the results of the exam however, the results could be good or bad.
