There are also the plastic top and bottom half covers between the instrument panel and wheel (the steering column) that have to come off. These hides what you are replacing. 1 screw is accessible from underneath the bottom half cover, the other 2 face the driver. remove the 4 screws that hold the airbag/horn wiring and slide it off the shaft. there are 3 more screws that hold the switch assy in place, take them out, unplug the plugs on the assembly and the rest is obvious!
