If you have had a belly button piercing for 6 weeks now. The hole is still a bit white and crusty around the ring and sometimes puss comes out. Is that ok?

No, that is not OK. Remove the piercing, try rinsing with a mild disinfectant(like a saline solution), let the infection clear up.

No that sounds infected. You should go to the doctor and get some antibiotics see if it clears up. If it doesn't then take it out. If you take it out it will heal quickly. If you leave it like that and avoid taking it out it will leave you with a nasty scar.
Can you just pick off the crusty stuff from around your ear piercing?
Its better to soak your ear in warm water first. They'll come off a lot easier. Picking at it when its dry can really irritate the piercing and even hurt if its really new.

Yep. As long as it isnt a dark greenish/yellow. Its usually a very light yellow/white color. Its especially common with new piercings but it can pop up on old ones if you get sick or hit the piercing. Just wet the area with warm water and use a qtip to get it off. Dont try to pull it off when its dry. That really irritates the piercing and can sometimes hurt.

Yes. All of my ear piercings crusted. Make sure you clean them well and after then heal they will stop getting crusty.

Well, it depends on how much, and if it's really pus, or just lymph. Lymph will accumulate on any piercing, it will look like the crusty stuff you get in your eyes when you wake up. This is totally normal and expected. Pus can be seen in small amounts, especially since navel piercings take the longest to heal out of ANY body piercing. But if you're seeing tons of it and the piercing looks inflamed or infected, then I'd go get it checked out. Be really good about doing sea salt rinses every day while it heals!

No, its not infected. Just clean it to get rid of the "crustys" and then it will most likely stop itching.
