No, not necessarily. This has happened to me three times, and my insurance has still not gone up. My truck was stolen taken to Mexico, used to smuggle immigrants, then ripped apart. The damage was 12000 and my insurance still has not risen a penny. It depends on the crime stats for your area. If it is increasing, or has been the last few years, then you may see an increase. Also the number of claims you have had previously, and your risk is assessed. Your Zip Code plays a major role, but maybe not for much longer. So, no, thefts, break ins, shouldn't raise the premium too much, if at all. If the deductible is high, might as well just pay for the window, and not claim it. Ask them first if they plan on screwing you again after you've already been screwed by thieves, it's not your fault, so why penalize you?

Where does romeo say yonder window?

He didn't call the window anything. He said, "But, soft! what light through yonder window breaks? / It is the east, and Juliet is the sun." So he called the light that shone from the window "the east."

Who do I call for window replacement?

You should look up window replacements in the yellow pages. Also can find out the best ones from the internet, on how well the windows hold up, etc. Also I recommend calling the police for a report on the break in and your insurance company, about having them replaced.

No, a window tint ticket is considered an equipment violation, not a moving violation, so it should not effect your insurance rate.

You should report it if you are sure it is suspicious. Tell the non-emergency police everything you have seen.

Who speaks but soft what light yonder window breaks?

Romeo does not say this line to Juliet. He is hiding behind a bush in her backyard, hoping to get a glimpse of her. He knows that if he is found in her backyard he is dead meat. Suddenly, the curtains of one of the rooms part, and in the light from her room she steps out onto her balcony in her jammies. He is awestruck by her beauty, but he is not about to let on that he is there, in case she calls the security guards. To himself he says, "What light from yonder window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun." and he settles down to eavesdrop on her.
