It is their fault.
The car that hit you from behind.
Backwards, then forwards from the rebound.
The car behind you
Report it to your local police !
if the car that hit you from behind has insurace its his fault, for failing to leave enough breaking distance, even thought he was hit, u claim from him,, he claims from the car that shoved him and so on
is fault of car behind the second car not yours
you need to file a claim against their insurance company- anyone who hits you from behind was not alert enough to stop in time- unless this is a fraud most people who are hit from behind should not be at fault
The person who hit a parked vehicle is at fault.
Yes you must report it because it is still a criminal act and that other driver will be charged not only with hit and run but fleeing the scene of an accident, so if this actually happened to you report it NOW to avoid any reason for the insurance to deny your claim.
First, you shouldn't be cutting people off. Whom ever hit the other car from behind would be at fault.
It is advisable to also report to the police that you hit a car because once they investigate and find out about it, it can end up into accusations that you hit and run and will make things worse for you.
