remember if you divorce your husband everything is 50/50 you cant lose your house unless you cant afford it. you cant lose your house because he is driving without a license. you can get your car towed. and i am pretty sure he can get insurance without a license. because if im not mistaking my aunt does. hope i helped in any way. please dont quote me.
