The best cure is to watch videos of puking people, or just calm yourself down when you need to spew a bit. Trust me, it isn't that bad. All that happens is you feel sick, your mouth gets all watery, then you burp and up it comes, normally for a good cause. I know how you feel. I used to be afraid too. Good luck with the cures!
