Dude you can pretty much do nothing with the '' bag of dirt '' all you can do is.. 1. if you have crag and bamboozle or whatever his name is you can do his quest wich gives you a diamond of nulgath or... 2. goto swindle and bilk, return policy quest. you have to have unidentified, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10 unidentified 10s wich you can get all of these from spin the wheel of chance.
