It all depends on how sweet you want your tea i use about a cup and a half in a gallon of sweet tea but i have used as much as 2 cups it all depends on ur health and how much sweetness you want. But remember the more sugar you use the faster it will spoil so be sure to drink it quick or lower the amount of sugar that you use.

Honey Vs Sugar. What are their differences?

Both sweeteners contain glucose and fructose. However, for sugar, in the process of manufacturing, the organic acids, protein, nitrogen elements, enzymes and vitamins in the sugar cane are destroyed, whereas honey,a natural sweetener, subjects only to minimal heating. Also, honey has certain beneficial antioxidant and antimicrobial properties which are not present in table sugar. but there is another way to find out go to a store and get honey and look on the nutrition facts and see how much sugar is in honey

Not much.

YOU SHOULD ONLY HAVE ABOUT 1 OR 2 SPOONFULLS OF SUGAR IN TEA IF MORE IT IS BAD FOR U AND CAN GIVE YOU A BAD STOMACH, WICH CAN ALSO LEAD TO ROTTON TEETH, IF YOU HAVE ONE EVERY DAY. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE A LOT OF SUGAR BY ITS SELF OR YOU MIGHT GET WORMS, OR BAD PAINS IN STOMACH TO, OR EVEN SICKNESS.

I find that one cup of sugar is the right amount for a gallon of tea for us! We like it to be sweetened, but not over-sweetened!!
